About the role

  • Act as a TAM in the Technology area, serving as the technical point of contact for clients
  • Assist in defining and implementing successful technology strategies
  • Provide personalized support and help reduce clients' internal IT costs
  • Monitor and optimize technology investments
  • Provide technical support and consulting to clients for cloud services
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of contracted IT services
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to help clients operate effectively
  • Integrate Development and Operations areas following DevOps practices
  • Provide training and guidance on Solo Network best practices

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Networks, Management Processes, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, related fields, or relevant certifications
  • Knowledge and skills in Infrastructure and DevOps
  • MultiCloud and FinOps skills
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, including Windows Server implementation (Active Directory) and cloud services
  • Knowledge of IT security aspects
  • Certifications: AZ-104 or equivalent
  • AZ-900 or equivalent
  • AZ-304
  • AZ-400
  • AZ-700 or equivalents
  • Google Engineer or equivalent
  • FOCP
