Responsibilities
- Ensure the acquisition of services and of consumable and maintenance materials necessary for the activities of all Motiva Group units, in a reliable, sustainable manner and with a high degree of market competitiveness, complying with all defined standards and policies.
- Ensure internal client demands are met, aiming for the best possible cost, lead time and quality, considering the diversity and geographic location of the Group's business areas, while minimizing the impacts of changes in the economic environment and current legislation, without violating internal policies.
- Manage and respond to internal client requests, meeting SLA deadlines.
- Develop and execute procurement (sourcing) processes.
- Formalize and implement supply agreements.
- Support planning and control departments.
- Contribute to the dissemination of procurement information, concepts and procedures.
- Minimize the risk of stockouts and non-compliance with negotiated agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed — preferred fields: Engineering, Business Administration or Economics; other bachelor's degrees will also be considered.
- Experience with procurement activities and supplier-demand management.
- Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP (São Paulo).
