Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning and development of structural engineering solutions for our existing buildings
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tender documents
- Advising, reviewing and technical supervision of planning services
- Implementation of modernization measures
- Monitoring contract compliance for ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to laws, standards and regulations
- Acting as an advisor to property owners on investments in existing properties as well as on property acquisitions
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification; ideally with Bauvorlageberechtigung (authorization to submit building applications)
- Several years of practical experience in planning and managing construction projects
- Experience with change-of-use procedures and coordination with relevant authorities
- Class B driver's license
- Strong team spirit, reliability and the willingness to work independently
