Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of Managed Services across France and Luxembourg.
- Ensure alignment with Group strategy and drive client satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing management team to deliver best-in-class services.
- Manage the budget, ensuring the profitability of contracts and solutions.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Monitor operational KPIs and initiate improvements as needed.
- Directly supervise CDM Managers and the Governance & Excellence Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology services environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English and French.
