Requirements

  • Experience in HR / People & Culture, preferably in fast-growing companies (start-ups/scale-ups)
  • Proven experience in recruiting (active sourcing, interview management, selection processes)
  • Experience in onboarding and designing employee development processes
  • Basic knowledge of labor law (Germany)
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset (HR KPIs, structuring growth)
  • Resilience and enjoyment of dynamic work environments
  • Nice to have: experience scaling teams
