About the role
- HRIS Specialist leading Workday implementation for a major healthcare group. Overseeing system administration, data governance, and supporting team queries post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Projektleitung & Rollout: Du begleitest und steuerst (teil-)verantwortlich die Einführung von Workday und die Optimierung unserer Sage-Payroll-Schnittstellen.
- System-Administration: Nach dem Go-live bist Du der „Master of the System“. Du konfigurierst Workflows, verwaltest Benutzerrechte und pflegst die Stammdatenstrukturen.
- Schnittstellen-Management: Du stellst sicher, dass die Daten sauber, sicher und automatisiert fließen: Zwischen Workday, Sage und unseren Reporting-Tools.
- Prozess-Design: Du übersetzt HR-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen.
- Support & Training: Du bist der First-Level-Support für das Team bei Systemfragen und erstellst einfache Anleitungen.
- Data Governance: Du definierst Standards für die Dateneingabe.
Requirements
- Hintergrund: Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einer hohen Leidenschaft für IT-Themen im Personalwesen.
- System-Know-how: Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Workday oder Sage gesammelt.
- Projekt-Mindset: Du hast keine Angst vor Deadlines und kannst Projekte strukturieren.
- Analytisches Flair: Du verstehst, wie Datenmodelle aufgebaut sein müssen, damit sie im Controlling später auswertbar sind.
- Sprache: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend.
- Du kommunizierst zudem sicher auf Englisch – sowohl in Projekten als auch bei der Präsentation von Systemlösungen gegenüber unseren Stakeholdern.
