Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients
Collaborate with team to fill community gaps
Utilize creativity in interventions
Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel
Attend all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
Master’s degree in social work or related fields
Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, couples, and families
Physical Therapist Assistant providing in - home therapy and treatment under PT supervision. Educating patients and their families while promoting the profession through community engagement and service.
