About the role
- Mental Health Therapist evaluating diagnoses and implementing treatment plans in a hybrid role. Providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with team to fill community gaps
- Utilize creativity in interventions
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel
- Attend all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or related fields
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
- Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, couples, and families
