About the role

  • Mental Health Therapist evaluating diagnoses and implementing treatment plans in a hybrid role. Providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Collaborate with team to fill community gaps
  • Utilize creativity in interventions
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel
  • Attend all clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or related fields
  • Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, teens, couples, and families
