About the role

  • Trainee in Sales/Tender Management supporting EU procurement processes in renewable energy. Located in Bremen with opportunities for home office and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support in processing EU tenders / tender management
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and preparing proposals
  • Engage in communication with existing and new customers together with the sales team
  • Support in presenting and explaining our services
  • Conduct market and trend analyses
  • Assist in preparing project-specific cost calculations
  • Support in drafting partial and full maintenance contracts
  • Prepare service agreements together with experienced colleagues
  • Regular reporting and presentations within the team

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business degree, or currently close to completion
  • Initial exposure to energy, engineering, sales, or project work is an advantage
  • Interest in commercial contexts and customer relations
  • Structured working style, willingness to learn and take responsibility
  • Independent and reliable working approach
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Native-level German skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Driver's license (Class B)
