About the role

  • Intern supporting the Business Process and System Support team with technical support for Finance, Procurement, and HR systems. Engaging with a global team in a hybrid model in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Support Subject Matter Experts and IT Experts in Business Process and System Support team in their daily tasks related to technical support Finance, Procurement and HR systems.
  • Responsibilities concentrate around finance master data and user access maintenance, general technical support, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Currently studying (preferred 3rd year).
  • Completed 1 internship program (would be an asset).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong focus on Excel.
  • Very good English (B2).
  • Availability: minimum 25 hours per week.
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in IT for Finance, Procurement and HR systems.
  • High engagement and focus on achieving goals.
  • Detail-oriented.
