About the role
- Manager, Design to Print at Coca-Cola, executing packaging activities across markets with regulatory compliance and project coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Design to Print activities for packaging, labels, and retail materials across assigned markets.
- Coordinate artwork development, approvals, and handoffs with agencies, printers, and bottlers.
- Support compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements, ensuring correct implementation of packaging and labels.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for launches, renovations, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in the rollout of Operating Units (OU) standards and guidelines at market level.
- Support the management of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and variant complexity, ensuring accuracy across formats.
- Flag risks, delays, or compliance issues and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain documentation, specifications, and version control for packaging and print assets.
- Capture learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in packaging operations, artwork coordination, labeling, or related roles within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments.
- Exposure to market regulations and labeling requirements preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese required.
