Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Stay current on trends in the CPG industry to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (Unify+) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- Lead training workshops on Circana’s platforms.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
- Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, focusing on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (required), with disciplines in Business, Analytics or a related field preferred
- 3-5 Years of work experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Proficiency with Unify+, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools, with experience transforming complex data into stories & actionable insights
- Proficiency with intermediate & advanced functions within MS Excel
