- Senior Technical Business Analyst acting as interface between stakeholders and engineering teams at CI&T. Involved in translating business needs to actionable technical requirements and managing product backlog.
Responsibilities
- You will act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Scope Management: Define and refine product scope in collaboration with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers.
- Technical Translation: Transform business requirements into structured user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Backlog Governance: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and Miro; manage dependencies across systems and integrations.
- Delivery Enablement: Coordinate delivery activities across multiple technical teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge for requirement clarification, managing expectations regarding timelines, risks, and constraints.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in software delivery.
- Environment: Proven track record in large tech companies or digital consulting firms.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with web/mobile apps, CMS, APIs, and cross-channel experiences.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in direct international client interaction.
- AI Proficiency: Comfortable incorporating GenAI tools into the daily analyst workflow to improve productivity.
