Responsibilities
You monitor key metrics and ensure the underlying data is accurate and reliable
You analyze supply and demand data on our platform (e.g., number of enquiries, conversion rate optimization, price coverage) and identify patterns, anomalies and trends
You prepare figures so they are easy to understand (e.g., clear analyses and visualizations)
You help derive decisions, for example where we need more dealers or how we can improve the offering
You act as the interface to our CRM team and provide recommendations on which offers should be promoted
You share your findings in regular meetings with the team and discuss possible measures and next steps together with colleagues from Sales, Commercial and Analytics
You support data-related projects in Germany (e.g., KPI changes, migrations, data quality)
Requirements
Very strong analytical skills and commercial/business understanding
Confident use of SQL and Excel; ideally experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker or Power BI)
Structured thinking and a quick grasp
Strong communication skills in German and English
High motivation, ownership and a hands-on mentality
Enthusiasm for digital business models, marketplaces and data analysis
Some professional experience in Data / Business / Marketplace Analytics (nice to have)
Experience in the automotive sector or digital marketplaces (nice to have)
Basic knowledge of Python (nice to have)
