Responsibilities
Analyze structures, processes, and workforce using data-driven tools (Orgvue, Revelio Labs) to identify transformation opportunities.
Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization with BusinessOptix; standardize and harmonize processes across regions.
Develop Target Operating Models aligned with client strategy; model scenarios (rightsizing, rightshoring) and build business cases for transformation.
Embed advanced analytics, AI, and digital accelerators into operating model design; ensure data integrity and compliance.
Facilitate workshops, align leadership on objectives, and monitor progress against transformation goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting in HR field.
Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital tools.
