- Facilitate workshops, align leadership on objectives, and monitor progress against transformation goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting in HR field.
- Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
- Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital tools.
- Understanding of AI-driven transformation, digital twin concepts, and process optimization.
