Responsibilities

  • Analyze structures, processes, and workforce using data-driven tools (Orgvue, Revelio Labs) to identify transformation opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization with BusinessOptix; standardize and harmonize processes across regions.
  • Develop Target Operating Models aligned with client strategy; model scenarios (rightsizing, rightshoring) and build business cases for transformation.
  • Embed advanced analytics, AI, and digital accelerators into operating model design; ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops, align leadership on objectives, and monitor progress against transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting in HR field.
  • Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
