About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze structures, processes, and workforce using data-driven tools (Orgvue, Revelio Labs) to identify transformation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization with BusinessOptix; standardize and harmonize processes across regions.
- Develop Target Operating Models aligned with client strategy; model scenarios (rightsizing, rightshoring) and build business cases for transformation.
- Embed advanced analytics, AI, and digital accelerators into operating model design; ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Facilitate workshops, align leadership on objectives, and monitor progress against transformation goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting in HR field.
- Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
- Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital tools.
- Understanding of AI-driven transformation, digital twin concepts, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
