About the role

• Implementation QA Analyst ensuring quality of client implementations at Bazaarvoice. Following testing steps for technical setup of clients' projects.

Responsibilities

• As Implementation QA Analyst for Bazaarvoice you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the quality of our client’s implementation.
• In this role, you will follow testing steps to ensure the initial technical setup of a Bazaarvoice client is sound.

Requirements

• Experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make recommendations based on results of assessments
• Experience working with business partners to maintain usable data and reports
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver
• Exemplary communication skills
• Proven track record with proactively identifying areas of improvement and effective solutions
• Passion, energy and a strong, collaborative work ethic
• Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter
• Passion for high quality solutions. You care about quality from the start so that our clients don’t have to revisit their code once it’s in production.

• BA/BBA/BS or equivalent education
