Customer Service representative managing complete order processing for a label manufacturer in Essen. Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
Efficient order processing: Handle the complete order administration, from receipt through processing and follow-up
Systematic data maintenance: Ensure accurate master data management to guarantee a smooth production process
Technical communication: Coordinate technical details directly with operations management and support the technical implementation of our projects
Coordination with various departments: Work closely with field sales, the central estimating team and the complaints department to provide optimal customer support
Customer support: Advise customers on pricing, delivery dates and technical details, delivering excellent service
Requirements
Completed vocational training, ideally as a Media Technologist (Print), preferably complemented by further training as a Master Craftsman in Digital and Print Media or as a Printing and Media Technician
Experience in the print industry, ideally including customer support for pressure-sensitive (self-adhesive) labels
Confident user of IT systems, particularly MS Office
Strong communication skills, team player, flexible and reliable
Independent, responsible working style with a high level of commitment
