About the role

  • Field Sales Representative responsible for expanding Addi's partner network in Colombia's SMB segment through aggressive prospecting. Focused on relationship-building and pipeline management using CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the aggressive and sustainable expansion of Addi's partner network within the SMB segment
  • Conduct daily, targeted cold field sweeps to identify, contact, and close SMB Merchants
  • Perform advanced Territory Mapping and commercial area analysis
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from cold prospecting through closing
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities and data in CRM
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners and conduct rigorous post-closing follow-up

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles (street sales/outbound acquisition)
  • Proven ability to translate the monthly GMV quota ($18K+) into a clear, daily execution plan
  • History of consistently over-executing the sales quota (110%+)
  • Acts as a self-starter who proactively identifies low-performing zones or pitch failures
  • Strong Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for strategic pipeline management
  • Proven ability to design and implement a personal Territory Management system
  • Deep understanding of the Merchant's pain points and the ability to articulate Addi's value proposition
  • Proven ability to rapidly build trust and rapport with business owners
